How It Works — A Remote Case From First Message to Report

Most of our clients have never hired an investigator, and many are thousands of kilometres from Thailand. This page explains plainly what happens after you contact us, who does what, how long it takes, what you see along the way and what the report looks like.

The six steps

  • Initial consultation (free): tell us the situation, what you suspect and what you need to know, on WhatsApp, email or the form
  • Feasibility assessment: we say plainly what can be done lawfully, what information we still need, and whether the case is worth your money
  • Written quote: scope, days, team, what is included and excluded, and the timeline
  • Start after the 50 % deposit: a day-by-day plan around the subject's routine; the team deploys or research begins
  • Updates during the assignment: on the schedule we agree (daily summaries or key events), in your time zone
  • Report and next steps: you settle the balance, receive the report with evidence, and we discuss what to do next

What the report contains

Every report records the date, time, place and source of each fact, separates what was observed from what was concluded, and is formatted so your lawyer can use it directly.

  • A one-page summary that answers the questions you asked
  • An event timeline with photos and video from public places
  • Findings from open sources and field visits, each with its source
  • Limitations: what could not be confirmed and why
  • Recommended next steps (legal, negotiation or further observation)

Working from abroad

You never need to come to Thailand. Briefing happens on WhatsApp or email, payment by international bank transfer with details on the written quote, updates arrive in your time zone and the report is delivered electronically. Many clients involve their own lawyer at home; we are used to briefing them.

What to prepare

The subject's name and photos, address or neighbourhood, workplace, vehicle, approximate routine and the questions you need answered. The more precise the information, the shorter the plan and the lower the price. What you don't have, we can often establish in a preliminary check.

Legal boundaries at every step

We observe in public places, use open sources, visit addresses and work with documents you provide. We do not enter private premises, place devices on other people's property, access protected accounts or data, or approach the subject. Work that cannot be done within those limits is declined at the assessment stage.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to meet you first?

No. Most cases are briefed on WhatsApp or email. A meeting in Bangkok or a video call is available if you prefer.

How will I know what is happening?

On the schedule in the quote, for example an evening summary each day, or immediately when something significant happens.

What if you find nothing?

We report honestly. A "nothing found" result is equally valuable information, and you pay for the work performed to plan, not for a particular outcome.

Can I see a sample report?

Yes. Ask for a redacted sample during the consultation.

Our lawful scope

What we do

  • Observe and document behaviour in public places
  • Research open sources and records that are lawfully accessible
  • Visit addresses, workplaces and business premises to verify them in person
  • Check the consistency of documents and information you provide
  • Deliver a written factual report with photos, video and a timeline

What we never do (no legitimate investigator can, lawfully)

  • Obtain data from government, bank, credit-bureau or telecom databases
  • Pull call logs, messages, phone location, bank statements or immigration records
  • Hack, wiretap, install spyware, or place a GPS tracker on someone else's property
  • Enter private premises or access another person's online accounts without consent

Some records (civil registry, land titles, bank accounts) are available only to parties with a legal interest through legal process or a court order. We are happy to coordinate with your lawyer.
