For Law Firms — Field Facts You Can Put Before a Court

Lawyers need facts that are traceable, delivered on time and obtained lawfully. We work with Thai and foreign law firms per case or on an ongoing basis, from pre-litigation asset tracing to locating a defendant for service, and every report records its sources and how each fact was obtained.

What law firms use us for

  • Asset tracing before suing and before enforcement, with leads precise enough to file on
  • Locating defendants, witnesses or heirs for service or contact
  • Surveillance in family, employment and insurance matters
  • Background and credibility checks on witnesses or opposing parties from open sources
  • Due diligence on an opposing party's companies and network
  • Site verification with photographs for property, construction and accident matters

Why firms work with us

  • Every item dated, timed, located and sourced; reports formatted for filing
  • Strictly lawful scope, which minimises admissibility risk and exposure for counsel
  • Fast assessment and quotes; urgent matters accepted
  • Confidentiality and a conflict check before every engagement
  • English-language reporting and direct contact for the firm; payment terms agreed per matter (the written quote is the billing document)

How we work together

Per case: a written quote for each matter, suited to occasional use. Ongoing: fixed terms and rates for recurring work types, a direct channel and the same report standard every time. Foreign firms typically brief us by email and receive reports electronically; we are used to coordinating with Thai co-counsel. Contact us to arrange a call.

What we do not do

We do not access data that requires a court order, such as a party's bank or telephone data, do not approach witnesses in a way that could be seen as influencing them, and do not give legal opinions. Our job is field fact for you to use.

Frequently asked questions

Can your investigator testify?

Where necessary, yes. The investigator who obtained the evidence can speak to how it was obtained and the accuracy of the record, on terms agreed in advance.

Do you run conflict checks?

Yes. Before accepting a matter we confirm we are not acting for the other side in the same dispute.

Can you take urgent matters?

Yes, especially in Bangkok and its suburbs. Tell us the deadline and we assess at once.

Can you invoice the firm and work on account?

We do not issue formal invoices, but payment terms can be agreed for ongoing work with the written quote as the billing document. We do not currently issue receipts or tax invoices; your proof of payment is the bank-transfer slip or PayPal confirmation together with the agreed written quote.

Our lawful scope

What we do

  • Observe and document behaviour in public places
  • Research open sources and records that are lawfully accessible
  • Visit addresses, workplaces and business premises to verify them in person
  • Check the consistency of documents and information you provide
  • Deliver a written factual report with photos, video and a timeline

What we never do (no legitimate investigator can, lawfully)

  • Obtain data from government, bank, credit-bureau or telecom databases
  • Pull call logs, messages, phone location, bank statements or immigration records
  • Hack, wiretap, install spyware, or place a GPS tracker on someone else's property
  • Enter private premises or access another person's online accounts without consent

Some records (civil registry, land titles, bank accounts) are available only to parties with a legal interest through legal process or a court order. We are happy to coordinate with your lawyer.
